Stephen has over 20 years experience valuing urban properties in Taranaki, specialising in residential homes, townhouses and lifestyle properties, as well as commercial and industrial real estate.

As a Registered Valuer, Associate of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers (ANZIV) and Senior Member of the Property Institute of New Zealand (SPINZ), Stephen brings a wealth of knowledge and professional expertise to every valuation. He holds a Bachelor of Property Administration degree from the University of Auckland.

Before moving to Taranaki in 2003, Stephen gained valuable experience working as a valuer in Auckland and London. Since then, he has worked as both a staff and contract valuer in New Plymouth, and in 2015, he founded Taranaki Property Valuers.
